SPORTS
Community youth Inter Alia uses sports not only therapeutically but also as an opening to amateurism and to professionalism. In its activities, youths shall benefit from programs in individual and collective sports disciplines gearing towards initiation, conception, amateurism and professionalism. CYI shall offer training in view of initiation and conception, counseling as regards amateurism and managing geared towards professionalism. Monthly counseling statements shall be presented to the beneficiaries concerning their conduct, discipline and performance.

COUNSELING
Amateurism: CYI shall monitor training sessions and provide monthly developmental, disciplinary and performance counseling sessions for members. Paraprofessionals shall also be employed to critically examine members in a bid to guiding them in the field of professionalism. This will include strength and endurance testing, body/mass index assessment and athletic ability.

MANAGING
Professionalism: Members shall be held up to the task of professionalism in response to their success in competitive disciplines. CYI is presently working with colleges and universities, local, national and international athletic federations and agencies to place members who successfully cultivate the spirit and discipline of competition.
